Merchandise bought on full price:
You will need to intimate us via email within 2 days of receiving your order regarding size/defect exchanges for products bought on full price.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item(s) bought for another item(s)/size(s) as long as the product is unused and has all its tags intact. In case, the desired items(s)/size(s) is/are not available with us, you could order another/other items(s) of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website.
Note: We do not provide exchanges or returns on customized and international orders
We do not provide reverse pick-up services.
Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full price:
- For exchange, please drop us an email to connect@octoberstore.uk with your original order number along with details of exchange.
- Once approved we shall send you the address to courier it back to us such charges will be borne by you - the customer.
- Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the size(s)/items(s) change.
- The exchanged items(s) will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
Merchandise bought on Discount:
Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
